Start with a message.

Tell me what you're trying to fix: footage nobody has had time to edit, a site that doesn't bring in bookings, or the same emails written every day. I'll tell you whether it's fixable, roughly what it would take, and whether I'm the right person. If I'm not, I'll say so.

Who you'll be talking to

The more you tell me, the more useful my reply.

I read every message myself.

I'll reply within two working days, usually sooner.

I use what you send only to reply to you. It reaches my inbox through Web3Forms and goes on no mailing list.

Rather talk it through?

An hour, no pitch deck. You talk for most of it. I want to know how people find you, how they book, reserve or get in touch, what footage you have, what lands in your inbox, and what's been tried already.

None of the times work? Send a message and we'll find one.

By the end you'll have a rough range for what the work would cost and whether the audit makes sense as a first step. If you came about the audit, this is where we agree what it covers and what it costs. Nothing is paid through the site.

Nothing gets sent afterwards unless you ask for it. I don't have a nurture sequence and I'm not going to start one.

Three things, so you know what you're walking into.

  1. I reply to these myself, normally within a day.
  2. Nothing you send goes on a mailing list, because there isn't one.
  3. If what you need isn't something I do well, I'll tell you. It happens more often than you'd think, and it costs me nothing to be straight about it.
